business is currently not VAT registered therefore we do not collect any VAT on
orders at this moment in time.

The Product is a topical (meaning must only be applied to
the skin, specifically to the abdomen or back) essential oil cooling patch intended for external use only. The Product is not intended to
diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease. Please consult your healthcare
provider before using the Product if you have any medical condition or are
taking any medications.

Disclaimer of Warranties:

The Product is provided “as is” without warranty of any
kind, either express or implied. Period Harmony does not make any
representations or warranties of any kind, express or implied, as to the
operation of the Product or the information, content, materials, or products
included on the Product. Period Harmony does not warrant that the Product will
meet your requirements, or that the use of the Product will be uninterrupted or
error-free.

Limitation of Liability:

Period Harmony will not be liable for any damages of any
kind arising from the use of the Product, including but not limited to direct,
indirect, incidental, punitive, and consequential damages. You as a consumer
(where that be as an individual or business) who uses Period Harmony products
agree that use of Period Harmony products are entirely at your own risk.

Period Harmony accepts no liability for any harm caused by
improper use of the products listed for sale by Period Harmony.

Basis of sale:

By placing an order for our cooling patch, you acknowledge and agree to the following terms and conditions:

Product Description: Our harmony patch
is designed to provide a cooling sensation and distraction from menstrual cramps. Please
note that our product is not a substitute for medical advice or treatment, and
should not be used to treat any underlying medical conditions.

Ordering and Payment: You may place an order for our product
through our website or other authorized sales channels. Payment must be made at
the time of ordering using a valid payment method. We reserve the right to
refuse or cancel any orders at our discretion.

Shipping and Delivery: We will ship your order using a
reputable carrier to the shipping address provided at the time of ordering.
Please allow up to one week for delivery. We are not responsible for any delays
or damages caused by the carrier.

Returns and Refunds: If you are not satisfied with your
purchase, please contact us within 30 days of placing your order to request a
return and refund. We will issue a refund for the purchase price of the
product, less any shipping and handling fees, upon receipt of the returned
product. The product must be returned in its original packaging and in new,
unused condition.

Limitation of Liability: Our liability for any claims
arising out of or related to your purchase or use of our product is limited to
the purchase price of the product. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental,
consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your purchase
or use of our product.

Governing Law: These terms and conditions shall be governed
by and construed in accordance with the laws of England. Any disputes arising
out of or related to your purchase or use of our product shall be resolved
exclusively in the courts of England.

Defective Product:

We take great care in producing and packaging our menstrual
pain relief topical patch product to ensure that it meets our quality
standards. However, if you receive a product that is defective or damaged,
please contact us immediately at info@periodharmony.com to report the
issue.

Defective Product Claims: If you believe that the product
you received is defective or damaged, please contact us within 30 days of placing
your order to report the issue. We may request that you provide photographic
evidence of the defect or damage, and we reserve the right to inspect the
product in person if necessary.

Replacement or Refund: If we determine that the product is
indeed defective or damaged, we will offer you the option of a replacement
product or a refund of the purchase price, less any shipping and handling fees.
The replacement product or refund will be issued upon receipt of the defective
or damaged product.

Exclusions: This defective product section does not apply to
products that have been damaged due to misuse, neglect, or other circumstances
beyond our control. We are not responsible for any damages or losses that
result from the use of a defective or damaged product.

Limitation of Liability: Our liability for any claims
arising out of or related to a defective or damaged product is limited to the
purchase price of the product. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental,
consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to a defective or
damaged product.

Standard Delivery:

We offer standard delivery options for our menstrual pain
relief topical patch product. Please note that delivery times may vary
depending on your location and the carrier used for delivery. By placing an
order for our product, you acknowledge and agree to the following standard
delivery terms and conditions:

Shipping and Handling: We will ship your order using a
reputable carrier to the shipping address provided at the time of ordering.
Please ensure that your shipping address is correct and complete. We are not
responsible for any delays or damages caused by incorrect or incomplete
shipping addresses.

Delivery Times: Please allow up to 7 days for delivery
within the UK, please allow up to 60 days for deliveries elsewhere outside the
UK. Delivery times may vary depending on your location and the carrier used for
delivery. We do not guarantee delivery times and are not responsible for any
delays caused by the carrier.

Shipping Fees: Shipping fees will be calculated based on the
weight and destination of your order. Shipping fees will be displayed at the
time of checkout and must be paid in full at the time of ordering.

International Orders: We currently offer shipping to select
international destinations. Please note that international orders may be
subject to customs, duties, and taxes imposed by the destination country. These
fees are the responsibility of the recipient and are not included in the
purchase price or shipping fees charged by us.

Delivery Confirmation: We will send you a delivery
confirmation email once your order has been shipped. Please ensure that you
provide a valid email address at the time of ordering to receive this
confirmation.

Lost or Stolen Packages: We are not responsible for any
packages that are lost or stolen after delivery. If you believe that your
package has been lost or stolen, please contact the carrier directly to file a
claim.

Force Majeure:

We shall not be liable for any failure to perform our
obligations under these terms and conditions if such failure arises from any
cause beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God,
natural disasters, war, terrorism, riots, embargoes, strikes, or governmental
actions. In such cases, we will make reasonable efforts to notify you of the
delay and to resume performance as soon as possible.

Notice: In the event of a force majeure event, we will make
reasonable efforts to notify you of the delay and to provide updates as to the
expected resumption of performance.

Suspension of Performance: We may suspend our performance
under these terms and conditions during the period that the force majeure event
continues, and we will not be liable for any delay or failure to perform our
obligations during this period.

Termination: If the force majeure event continues for a
period of 60 days or more, either party may terminate these terms and
conditions by providing written notice to the other party. In such cases, we
will provide a refund of any amounts paid by you for products not yet
delivered.

Limitation of Liability: Our liability for any claims
arising out of or related to a force majeure event is limited to the purchase
price of the product. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental,
consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to a force majeure
event.

Intellectual Property:

All content included on the Product, such as text, graphics,
logos, button icons, images, audio clips, digital downloads, and data
compilations is the property of Period Harmony or its content suppliers and
protected by United Kingdom and international copyright laws. This also extends
to use of Period Harmony marketing material on social media channels such as
Instagram and tiktok, purchasing this product does not provide the buyer with
any rights to use content created by Period Harmony.

Indemnification:

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Period
Harmony its affiliates, officers, agents, and employees from and against any
and all claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses, including
reasonable attorneys' fees and costs, arising out of or in any way connected
with your use of the Product.

Governing Law:

These terms and conditions, and any disputes arising out of
or related to them, shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the
laws of England. Any legal action or proceeding arising out of or related to
these terms and conditions shall be brought in the courts of England, and you
hereby consent to the exclusive jurisdiction and venue of such courts.

 

Arbitration: Any dispute arising out of or related to these
terms and conditions shall first be resolved through good faith negotiation
between the parties. If the parties are unable to resolve the dispute through
negotiation, the parties agree to submit the dispute to binding arbitration in
accordance with the UK Arbitration Act 1996.

Severability: If any provision of these terms and conditions
is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain
in full force and effect.

Waiver: Our failure to enforce any provision of these terms
and conditions shall not be deemed a waiver of that provision or any other
provision of these terms and conditions.

Entire Agreement: These terms and conditions constitute the
entire agreement between you and us and supersede all prior or contemporaneous
agreements, representations, warranties, and understandings between you and us.

Refund Policy:

In the event you wish to return something that you have
ordered from Period Harmony, please contact us by email within 30 days of
confirmation of your order, you may return an order to us as long as it is
unopened, in this case the shipping cost will be at your expense. If there was
an error by Period Harmony relating to your order, shipping costs will also be
refunded. If an item has been opened or seal broken it cannot be refunded. If
you request to cancel your order before it has been shipped we will refund you
in full.

Please do NOT use this product if you are pregnant,

allergies. Please cut out and apply a small square of the patch on your skin prior to full patch use. If you start to experience skin irritation with this product, please
immediately stop use.

to change these Terms at any time. Your continued use of the Product following
the posting of any changes to the Terms constitutes acceptance of those
